Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
After an order is placed, DXB Garden may contact the customer if additional information or confirmation is required.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where:
- A product is unavailable
- A pricing or website error has occurred
- Payment cannot be confirmed where applicable
- Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
- An order cannot legally or safely be fulfilled
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing and VAT
All prices displayed on dxbgarden.ae are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and confirmed at the time the order is placed, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payment
Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and online card payment, depending on the order and checkout availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.
Shipping and Delivery
DXB Garden delivers across the United Arab Emirates.
Our standard delivery charge is AED 20, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible unopened products may be returned within the stated return period, subject to the conditions described in that policy.
Opened or used pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and similar products may not be eligible for return due to product safety and handling requirements.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers should notify DXB Garden promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claims and remedies are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Product Use and Safety
Customers must read and follow all manufacturer labels, directions, dosage instructions, precautions, personal protective equipment requirements, and safety information before using any pesticide, insecticide, herbicide, fertilizer, or related product.
Products should only be used for purposes and applications stated on their approved product labels.
Where professional application or specialist knowledge is required, customers should follow the applicable label requirements and seek qualified advice.
Stock Availability
All products are subject to stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer to offer an alternative product or provide a refund for the unavailable item.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful activities.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of dxbgarden.ae, including original text, graphics, branding, and website content, is owned by or licensed for use by DXB Garden / Murraya Agriculture LLC.
